The gang wars kinda ended in the late '80s, early '90s. There are still tensions, though, and racially motivated conflicts between blacks and spics when they chimp out. You get helicopters almost every day chasing someone, but it's relatively safe compared to other areas such as Watts (especially near the projects), South or East LA, etc. It's full of liquor stores everywhere. Some streets are shitty, some other ones are more well-kept. Lots of bums outside stores asking for many, predominantly black, but it's not as bad as in Downtown LA by skid row. I live a block away from the spot where prostitutes stand at night, but never actually hired one. Compton could become a great city because of its location in between LA and Long Beach. if it wasn't that those who aren't nig noggin are actively seeking to leave the hood or religious people who elect charismatic thieves into office and only worry about muh Christianity (or muh Islam, since I've seen a mosque here) or people who never worried about education because of easy money, drugs, or alcohol, Compton would be a better city.

Compton is a shithole, but no worse than big chunks of downtown and the IE IMO. Worst part of LA IMO is the section of Crenshaw between the 105 and the 10 that's colloquially known as "the jungle." An Asian friend of mine owns a tire rim store there that rents rims. Niggers rent them at like 70% interest, then default on them, so he hires dudes to repo the $1000 rims from their niggermobiles. Only whites (or spics for that matter) you see in the jungle will be either in cars passing through or crazy fucking homeless.

Shitloads, they're treated pretty much as citizens by most Californians. Don't know about the deportation situation, but the LAPD refuses to help deport them in the interest of "community policing"

Job market in LA isn't great. Most illegals live off of either government handouts, join a gang, or work in the fields near Oxnard.

1.] Its true that this part of commiefornia is sheltering illegal spics. The government and the rich white liberals see to their aid. And thanks to Hollywood propaganda, many regular people support them too.

2] as for jobs, it is a pain in the ass to go look for one because of the aformentioned illegal spics. You can have the cleanest resume but because you can easily get replaced, you either do get hired but with sub-standard hours and benefits or passed over due to the tidal wave of applicants. Doesn't help many businesses are avoiding California because of its high minimum wage.

And only big businesses can exist here. Hence thr lack of jobs.
