If a citizens car or a private company vehicle is torched, does the police actually investigate who set the vehicles on fire and arrest those people to do hard time for 10 years up?
Also, is the citizen compensated for the time wasted to get another vehicle and also does the state pay for the totally annihilated vehicle?
