Why should I have to pay the government a fee if I want to enjoy the fruits of God given nature? Government ownership of land is one of the worst memes ever conceived and there is not better violation of the NAP I can think of than barring access of waterways to citizens

Here in Ohio, people build ponds and lakes on their property then charge for allowing people to fish there without licenses and it's completely legal.
Also, they do the license thing to discourage overfishing because not everyone is responsible about how much they fish, but the fee is exorbitant, I agree.
