That the solution lies in recognizing two things:

1-- Higher IQ people will continue to outperform and outcompete lower IQ people economically. This has been historically true and will only become moreso. Which means that we have a duty to figure out a reasonable and fair way to help lower IQ people find a realistic, meaningful, and relatively satisfying way of life for themselves. We must give them meaning and purpose. They need a role in our society. It's our duty in the same way that a man looks after a dog or a small child who is a little chaotic in moments but ultimately powerless.

2-- The issues that become distorted through the lens of race are not actually about race at all; they are about behavior. And that behavior stems from poorly functioning minds that are dim with a minimal intellect. Recognizing low IQ as the real cause is key. The dividing line in society does not exist along race, it exists along IQ. We do not need to force the line of race, because it's not an entirely accurate narrative. We need to allow the truth of IQ to come to the surface, and allow people to sort themselves accordingly. We need the high IQ members of other races to be allowed to flourish because they will ultimately contribute the solutions to these sections of the population.
