I feel like this is good and bad. It speaks well for their faith in their repeal and how it will work for insurance companies but it doesn't seem particularly ethical.

The guy who gets to vote on whether or not it get's passed has a personal economic interest in it passing. He's not voting on behalf of his district, he's voting on behalf of his wallet.

It's the 11th district in Texas which historically does swing super republican. But the interesting thing is the income in that area is lower middle class. These people make like $32k a year, these are the people the ACA was designed for. He's getting rich, and his constituency is dying.

By this same logic, the ACA's enactment was due to insider trading as well. The enactment or repeal of any legislation can be countered as possibly benefiting insider traders. Shit argument.
