FYI Twitter always wants your "real" email and will try to extract it. I had an older Twitter account which was linked to an anonymous email account but had my real email as a backup. I'd forgotten about that, but when it started sending me pesky notifications, I remembered and deleted it from the account. Tested and retested via friends and other shill accounts and it should be fine now. But I'm guessing that something similar happened to that guy--O'Sullivan sent him an email through Twitter and Twitter forwarded automatically to his real email. You gotta be careful; Twitter is in no way trustworthy with any piece of private info, ever.

I have to use a Windows 10 computer for work but never, ever do Twitter on anything but my Linux machine or Windows 7 laptop with VPN. I know that still isn't perfect, but at least it's not as bad as it could be.
