I just thought of an idea, /pol/.
What if we were to implement a 90% tax on the group of people with the lowest income salary that has a negative correlation with income salary. So, the percentage of your income that gets taxed incrementally decreases the richer you get.
This incentivizes poor people to be successful in a constructive manner. Those who choose to stay poor will be plagued with health issues and will be eventually weeded out. Does this not solve virtually all problems plaguing lower class people of the modern world?

Are you literally retarded?
I'm self made, and it requires capital, time, connections. have fun doing that while being piss poor being taxed at 90% of the meager shit you get.
Thats how you get crime though.
I would start dealing drugs and trafficking if that system was implemented.

Just because it's called the "black market" doesn't mean it's actually bad, that's just a misnomer. The free market of crime is actually a pretty fair one. Bad deeds are punishable and consumers have choice.
Why exactly would this be bad? Poor people can make money this way and stop leeching off of our gibs

1) How about a a flat tax and no deductions. Everybody gets skin in the game.
2). You don't get to vote if you don't pay taxes.
Everything has to be paid for. If you want a new program that cost money then everybody votes for it and everybody pays.
That would clamp down on this runaway state.

because people shouldn't be penalized for being rich. you can't expect someone with a salary of $300million to pay a 30% tax when someone who makes 60k pays the same 30%. The difference being one pays ~$100mil and the other pays ~$20k
Why would anyone want to become more successful if this were the case?
>>132663422
>you can't expect
You can, actually.
>Why would anyone
Because they don't want to be a poorfag.
>>132663422
>Why would anyone want to become more successful if this were the case?
Because the first one gets to keep $200mil and the second one $40k

>russian intellectuals
one loses $100m
one loses $20k
We should make it so that the guy with $300m salary on has like a 15% tax or something otherwise there's no reward

You asked why anyone would strive to become successful.
I replied that the successful one will get much more in the result that the "poor" one. I can't see any contradictions here.
