Yeah I still live here but I'll leave soon. Many houses in my area are now home to """refugees"""" with huge families. And they'll be on benefits, permanently, which will be a huge drain, and all of that new student accommodation will be worthless. Honestly, in say, 5 years, I wouldn't be surprised if we end up like those poverty stricken hellholes in the North. Especially since tourism is such a huge industry here. With all the student junk, the only way I see it continuing for a longer time is if more people from places like China continue to come and pay money.
