This is a Kalash man from Pakistan.
There are sub-variants but this guy is an example of a proto-indo-european. Any "white" that at least has this core look is actually "white" as the term is thrown around.
Looks more like a housefly.

This is a gross oversimplification. Our langauges originate there along with some our genetics. The modern European is a mix of three main sources: Ancient European Hunter Gatherers who were heavily mixed with neaderthals relative to other populations, the "Near East Farmers" once of the fertile crescent and anatolia whose population growth due to agriculture led them to spread into Europe, and Caucasian bronze age migrations, the group you speak of.
Different European populations have slightly different mixes of these three main groups.
The Kalash and similar groups in South and Central Asia originate from some but not all of the same sources, most significantly the Caucasian group, hence the similarity of our languages.

White is a simplified way of saying European. It has nothing to do with skin tone. It's about European genetics.

Reminder that most narratives of origins of genes are assumptions based on limited data. For example they say blonde hair originated from some island in the Baltic sea but only because the distribution of blonde genes is centered there. That area used to be a very rich trade hub so the mutation could have originated almost anywhere but spread from there because it was a center of trade making it seem like it's the actual place of origin.
The Caucasus mountains have a similar geographical significance, seems like it would have been a trade hub also.
