This will pretty much sum up all of mainstream US Culture. There are also many many subcultures. Hipster culture, mexican culture, ghetto nog culture, Rural White Christian culture, WASP culture(still around, just check out any Frat at our colleges), Southern California culture, Southern culture, Southwestern culture, any many more.
It's a big country, and there are many competing influences. But the ones I listed are basically the items everyone agrees on.

Reality is that American culture is actually pretty undefinable. The stereotype is of people from the midwest/southwest/southeast, but this is only the start. America is pretty definable generally by a certain set of ideals, i.e. that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, but culture is derivative. Where I live, the atmosphere is pretty hostile and cold, but this changes with a drive out of state.
