This. Some people haven't gotten it through their heads yet. Some people seem to think this 'fake news' think is just a joke--funny little trolling game to get a rise out of establishment media figures. These media companies are actually as fake as the average tabloid at the grocery checkout counter. 'Fake news' is people fed up with infotainment, and corporate propaganda masquerading as matter-of-fact reporting. The whole industry it going down.

Because then there is no excuse. Without an excuse, they would have to admit that their candidate lost on merit, or that globalist pro-immigration policies aren't universally adored, stuff like that.

If we lost Brexit, I'd have retired entirely from following politics. None of it would matter, the country would be so far gone down the globalist/consumerism pitfall that opposing voices would be a waste of breath.
