Race realism is, I'd say, only slightly less significant than the alt right crowd pins it to. Homogenous culture is certainly acceptable but then it must maintain its homogeneity strictly, either through enforcement or subvertly through education and mainstream media, or it will end up turning into present day USA anyways, which is a possibility no matter what honestly.
Is there such thing as a "based black man"? Yes and no. Yes, you can find a black man who agrees with you almost no matter what your ideology is (there's at least a few blacks out there for sure) but at the end of the day he is innately interested in furthering his tribe, and not upholding other tribes at his tribes expense. And that is like with whites, exactly why the far right is gaining traction. The problem is, not everyone identifies race as their tribe. They innately do, and can and do fall back on it on some level always, but are capable of placing a cultural group as their tribe or a religious group as their tribe, or a civic nation as their tribe. However, on broad scales this doesn't work, in a truly multicultural society with vibrant demographics it is very unlikely that will happen. In a homogenous society, the more people have in common, the more they will see their peers as tribe members.
Pol is right that a racially homogenous state in a controlled culture would be most effective in this achievement of group unity, however the reality of the situation is that we can't get there anymore, without causing more damage and a passive approach to homogeneity is the most effective
