He can't do anything. North Korea soaks up any and all sanctions put on it. China gives them what they need because they want to keep their ally. North Korea keeps giving Hezbollah weapons which further annoys Jews. Can't wipe North Korea off the map for the Jews without breaking the whole basket of eggs.

North Korea is going to do what it wants and nobody is going to do shit about it.

China knows the longer they keep propping Korea up, the costlier it will be for they US when they are finally forced into action.

China sees the US' losses in this situation as its gains, and so has no real reason to do what it needs to do if it actually wanted to stop North Korea
