We have never said non-Whites cannot be smart. What we are saying is that on AVERAGE Whites are more intelligent. There can be and there are smart non-White individuals. Yet, the peak, the smartest of the smartest are still almost entirely White, therefore almost all technological inventions have been made by Whites, while Blacks have invented practically zero.
What we need is eugenics, so that those with the best genetics have the most children as proposed by Hitler.
In addition, we need racial segregation, because only then we can have a very strong social cohesion. Different races in one territory always results in indifference at best, but most often in conflicts and civil war.
