/pol/ what is your vision of a utopian state and how do we get there? Keep it realistic.
IMO, all tedious labor done by robots. If the state can handle it, a low level universal basic income, enough to keep someone barely alive but hungry for more. Direct democracy, gov't regularly conducts polling/voting through neural network. Full citizenship can only be acquired through two years of voluntary public service. Only citizens can vote, receive UBI, hold office. With labor gone, man free to pursue whatever interest as long as it benefits society. Private Schools relating to all fields available to you as long as citizen and show basic aptitude, a bit like the German system where it's a combination of state and the private sector.
To realistically get there we follow western values, support free speech and human expression. This society could be just a hundred years away barring war or disaster.
The problem is that people/society gets "bored" with peace and lack of conflict and an enemy. It feels like times have been good enough for long enough that society's are building up tension again for another big conflict. As the older generation dies, the younger gens who've never experienced the evil of war crave for the excitement and glory. Definitely happening right now, it's all around us.
Fuck apathetic people, who are in it for themselves (don't contribute, horde power) and don't raise children. So like half of Europe's current leaders.
