Nah, I've been here since 2010 (though originally not in /pol/) and it's only getting better. But as others point out, when a board becomes very fast, the dynamics change. But that's the great thing about this place: not knowing the amount of active people, let alone those who just lurk. Not knowing who's telling the truth, who's shilling or who's just trolling. Not knowing who's new, who's old. You just to adapt. Of course, when it becomes too fast cancer tends to grow and the attention span decreases, making real conversations lose to emotional-driven shallow posts that are easier to attract your eyes.
