Yep, the kids all want careers and they act like they can't ever have a family. What the kids of today in just about every heavily metropolitan area east or west don't understand is that you can have a career and a family. It's doable. You just have to know how to fuck'n schedule your shit. I mean yes, it is smart to have a couple years into your career so you have enough to buy a house and settle down somewhere, then you got enough pocket change left over to take a nice woman on dates (*or sometimes she takes you out*) and court yourself a mate. Your mid to late 20's are ideal for getting all your adulthood sorted. Your late teens and early twenties are great years for studying and partying. (*assuming they avoid premarital sex because of obvious problems it causes*)

Plus I already have 2 kids. So as bad as you think US is, Japan is way worse off.
