This is a brochure of the Soros Foundation (Open Society), distributed in the universities of Russia in early '00.

Title - "Tolerance and aggression in history and modernity".

At that time, seminars were held regularly and famous people came. Tolerance, feminism, inclusivity and other shit. Although it would seem, why should they come to my city (literally shithole, population less than 150k )?
