I'm not suggesting completely blocking it of course and I don't believe that est and test are mutual in their levels. That is, I don't believe that when one is increased, the other follows suit but I would need to research that. If that were true, however, then males would be experiencing abnormally low levels of estrogen as well, which as far as I know, they are not.

Agreed. estrogen will not feminize young men in normal and healthy amounts. Estrogen is an important factor in all human beings. Similarly, it'd be like putting young women on testosterone blockers, which would also be unhealthy, particularly during their monthly cycles. Both options are unhealthy. I would just say promote cultural gender roles again and watch the magic happen.
