BTW shit is getting serious there, some right-winged people I follow there and people on the streets are now (this girl who writes for brazilian audiences was always like this) pissed at the "socialist traitors in the MUD opposition" who are as bad as PSUV and will be put down too, since they're pretending they'll have a "vote" on whether Maduro goes or stays (he didn't agree with it, and >implying these cucks can do anything)
They think this is just a way to empty the streets until this meme referendum comes and literally nothing happens - these are the people who also see this as a cuban takeover of their country
The first venezuelan soldier died recently, and venezuelan patriots now have access to guns too.

Great, so, he has some keyboard warriors on his side, or at least words to that effect. I like what he's trying to do, to inspire people, but, it's becoming increasingly obvious that not enough people in Venezuela have it in them to do anything effective to fix their country.
The government still holds all the cards. If anything actually changes, it'll be with the government's assent. In the event of an internal power struggle, Maduro might perhaps be replaced, which'll amount to the new government continuing to fuck the country after changing positions.

The government is somewhat divided. Dofferent factions can collide and some of Maduros allies are too far gone to do anything but support him. Especially tareck and cabello
