That's the whole problem. They use subjective interpretation of objective statements to declare falsehood. Their entire system is flawed because there can only be two states of a fact. True and False. Furthermore, you have to add in selection bias where they select statements in an arbitrary manner. They create a perception that some people state more lies than others when the methodology for selecting statements is based on editorial discretion.
