They cant attack america because that would be suicide, they cant attack american allies becuase that would also be suicide. They dont need them for protection because there was never a threat of invasion, too many possible casualties, no one wants to own the mess. So why would NK spend all their resources building missiles while they starve? They dont have a source of income and they dont have anything worth selling, until now. Now that they have missile technology that the iranians and others have been looking for they will sell them missiles, they will sell to anyone, third world african dictators, iranians, south american commies etc. get ready for big happenings, a lot of african countries are arming themselves, oil-rich nigerians and angolans have been buying jets, tanks, and other shit, now they will have missiles as well.
