"So we billed a prescription for a 30 day supply and then sold it. The patient walked out of the store with the product. The patient walked back in, said they are going on vacation and need 15 more days supply. So the pharmacy tech helping the customer reversed the prescription, without contacting the prescriber or insurance, edited the dispensed quantity and tried to rebill it through the insurance.
