My fellow countrymen can get shitted over by the government, manipulated by the church, insulted by foreigners, let in over 9000 illegal immigrants daily, get scammed, robed, raped, etc, etc, etc and will literally do nothing about it or show no interest to change the things. Despite this all, they will also insist that our country is the greatest on Earth or even take part in said activities.

Then, tell the slightest, most subtle mention that you are maybe considering leaving the country and they will chimp out and get triggered in the most extreme way possible.

Are people like this in your country as well? Why?

I agree with all the first part. The "still greates country on earth" part does not apply to the majority of the population and its really just a bi product of the well known argentinian ego complex for being the supposedly best country in LA. Wich is like being a pile of mud in a shithole.
