I'm a finance student from an elite school. (Top ten in Europe.) Moreover, our college predicate and advocate for more female law, med, finance, engineering, and MBA students. Women are vast the majority of students, and more women than men study medicine and law. Men are 80% of engineering and finance students, and are a slight majority of MBA students. Why would my college research how to test women better? They already have higher grades than men on average. The cognitive ability and competence gender gap in colleges is increasing. (Male students has 5-15 higher IQ than female students on average depending on country.) The most prominent gaps are in medicine and law. The least prominent gaps are in engineering, technology, teaching and nursing. How did we find ourselves in this predicament? Why has gynocentrism taken over our society? What can we do to solve this problem?
