Our differences are more than skin deep, which the left fails to understand. We have radically different cultures (some which actively seek the destruction of others, btw). Even if skin color were no longer an issue, people will find an issue.

regarding morals and work ethics i think they both are affected by these 3 main human factors(33% genes,33% what u take from surroundings,33% free will.).
About negatives effects, genes responsible for violence and aggression would be toned or eliminated all together,emotions makes us humans weak .
Culture can be manufactured but it needs to be in cohesion with gene editing .

Skin colour is a proxy for race, it is not race itself. Light skin indicates a couple of millennia of selection in non-tropical climate, with winters. These conditions also selected for intelligence, collaboration, ethics and low time preference. That's all.
