How does /pol/ account for the fact that black people take more plea deals than whites and get more time when they do?

So we're ignoring the fact that black people are disproportionately poorer and can't afford a good lawyer?

Let me get this straight: black people are more likely to be arrested (racist profiling), more likely to face a racist jury that will find the defendant guilty by virtue of their skin colour, and on top of that they are more likely to get a longer sentence.

But it's those "damn niggers'" fault, amirite?
