It takes 30 micrograms of VX agent to kill a human,
There are 7.347 Billion people on earth,
0.00003 grams times 7,347,000,000 people equals 220,410 grams,
Just over two hundred kilos of the shit could kill every human on earth,
On 2/23/17 N.Korea demonstrated it had access to functional VX agent.

To be fair, a small to moderately sized nuclear weapon can only vaporize a downtown sized area anyway. The fallout would definitely stick around a lot longer than VX would though.
