While we're talking about weird shit, have any other leafs noticed that on Canada's 150th, all the major news outlets are saying stuff like "Happy Birthday Canada. As a Canadian, it's important to acknowledge that Canada didn't start with confederation. Canada as we know it was was built on traditional indigenous lands". Unsurprisingly, the Communist Broadcasting Corps were the first to start talknig like this, but they've also been shilling hard at universities too.

Hip hop in the 80's and 90's became super popular and turned into this weird mix of rap/r&b/pop horseshit that we see today. After it became popular back then people realized it's money making potential and exploited that and completely changed hip hop into the commercialized crap with no samples. The same shit happened with country music, it was the second most played genre after hip hop on the radio back in the 80's and 90's and they tried to pair the two so they could cash in, that's how we ended up with Kid Rock and that shitty country/rap shit from the early 2000's.
