Im not even libertarian but I do know most people here who ascribe to that view believe their freedom is being impeded because they are not allowed to discriminate against blacks without the gov stepping in to stop it.
besides, if you have an entire race existing because of government funded gibes, they're probably going to attract negative attention from people who hate government influence,
