I grew up as upper middle class in Mexico, attended private schools all my life and generally spent my life with what you could consider the best and brightest in the country.

The sad thing is at least half of my highly educated and smart friends would love to live in the US full time but since little Juan from the shit state of Oaxaca has invaded the US along with his 235 relatives then there are absolutely no visas to move to the US.

Only choice is sponsorship by someone you marry or getting an investment visa that's temporary.

The US could actually get the best and the brightest mexicans but those get fucked by the droves of illegals that have exhausted the immigration quotas.
