Richer countries enable people to follow their natural desires.
So in more adanced countries you see women often do jobs that are more according to the traditional role model.
While women in poorer countries simply do not have this luxury and have to study what brings food to the table.

Anyhoo, you still have a significant point. I'm in a CS PhD program and All of the women but 4 in the Masters/PhD program combined are of non-European descent. Only half of those 4 are Burgers. I think there's at least 40 women in the program, so that basically makes 10% of the women White.
This whole WAAAAAH MUH LACK OF WOMEN IN TECH is mostly a bunch of whiny, entitled first-world white women and niggers.
