There is a huge DEA report written on the art student spies, and they were clearly tracking the hijackers and were clearly from Israel. There is no such evidence for the WTC artists, who were not Israeli and no investigation has been done on them yet.

Might as well save time and resources by finishing investigation on something that has already been investigated instead of start a whole new trail. Each of us has limited time and resources.
