None at all.

Staying indoors in this country is the epitome of taking shit for granted.

I used to go at riding and shit all the time in the woods for hundreds of miles each weekend

Now I haven't gone in 2 years at least and my ATV just sits in the garage unused by me

Not enough and it is killing me.
Yesterday I went to the garden to chill by the river, but it is not a real nature.
More and more often I feel that I would be much happier poor, but closer to nature.
