It all depends on how Germany won WW2. Let's say they won with Nukes that they dropped on Russia. The rest of the world would immediately surrender, and America would begin making their own nukes, starting a Cold War against the Nazis.

Nazi Germany (If it stretches through all Europe, halfway through Russia) would collapse due to the fact there would be no more war which drove its economy. There would be constant terrorist attacks and bombings, due to the simple fact that nobody wants their country ruled over.

After Hitler's death, the Reich would begin to collapse as people begin to fight for the leader of the new world. We might reach the moon, but only high-ranking German officials would get to see the Lunar surface.

As a normal person, you're basically leaving in communism with a twist. You'd still have to fear the Secret Police, you'd have little to no privacy. Religion is a serious question mark.
