Lol you can see it's staged in a pool like they use for doing sea scenes in movies.

There is a clear line across the frame and you can see the wall of the pool just under the surface of the water just below the line.

Captions under this photo suggested that policemen pushed the rapefugee family on the railway tracks and the male is protecting his family with his own body.
Then a video was released that clearly shows it was the male who pushed his female and his baby on the track. Very few newspapers reported on it, though:
