If you take Russia as an example, Putin had the same issue when he took power.
What he did is that he only punished a few of them like Khodorkovsky to get the message across and this got the rest to align more with the people.
He didn't take away all of their property, he didn't throw them out of the country.
What he also never did (at least not publicly) is attack them based on their Jewishness, he always showed with a concrete example how they actually undermined the country.
He got them on tax evasion, or he got them for working with a foreign government.
Today there's still lots of rich jews in Russia, only difference is that they understand that they can't constantly undermine national interests anymore.

Anyway I love being this way. I've never felt more pride in who I am and feel connected to the people I know are out there, just gotta find them.
