Like the baltic langauges, the baltic religions are generally considered to have been the most conservative towards their indo-european roots and commonalities are often seen between the fragments of baltic pagan stories and other indeo-european gods and goddesses.

Greek Paganism - Arguably the first branch of indo-european paganism to encounter writing and as a result one of the best preserved. A reasonable number of written texts exist describing various myths, legends and the role of the gods in greek pagan life.

Roman Paganism - Even better documented than the greek.

Sami - Non-indo-european pagan group that survived in northern europe till the mid to late 1800s, animists and shamanists. Could be considered to be an "older" religion than all of the indo-european pagan ones with a greater focus on animal gods rather than human gods with some animal traits or features. Features a series of "spirit drums" embroided with various patterns with religious significance, the vast majority of these drums were destroyed by Christians during a period of forced conversions in the 1800s.

Of the group of pagan religions that are thrown under the umbrella of "hinduism" I'll mostly address the commonalities between them and other indo-european groups. In particular the tendancy to treat water sources and particular trees as holy or religious sites, religious associations with certain animals holding divine or religiously important roles, and a distinct religious class (the Brahmans) with certain roles in society.

I'm pretty neutral on the whole Pagan or Christian debate and I've done literally zero research but here is my opinion anyways. I think both are pretty acceptable. The problem with paganism is that its mostly backbone and little morality while modern christianity is mostly morality with little backbone.

What I mean is that Paganism is outright European, can't really be used to import muds and has no relationship with the middle east; but it doesn't really have anti-degeneracy built into it from the ground up. There's no reliable code of ethics instilled into it from the beginning because it's usually a bunch of different shit from all around Europe and if there was something we likely wouldn't know because it's just our half-baked modern interpretation of the ancient religions since we don't have concrete shit on it. It inherently pro-white but has no good answer for degeneracy.

Christianity is historically less degenerate and as been used to great effect throughout the history of Europe. It's been thoroughly twisted through the 20th century and is pretty compromised against white people. I still think it has an incredibly solid ethical code that's proven to be the backbone of western civilization for almost two thousand years.

I don't care which religion is ultimately superior because I'm pretty indecisive about both of them. I think to truly be effective paganism needs thoroughly unify and define itself. It can't ever be a long term majority religion because while it's fine for the enlightened individual it does not explicitly discourage nation ruining faggotry.

Christianity needs to thoroughly westernize itself, branch out from the current mexican/black clown fest footfag pedophile shitshow and RE-solidify its identity as a pro-white European religion.

The third option would be to accept both in any theoretical /pol/ run country. But I don't think you guys could handle that even though they would cover eachother's weaknesses very well.
