Doctors Without Borders are literal terrorist collaborators, they spent the entirety of the Afghanistan war giving medical aid to Al Qaeda and the Taleban, then when the US bombed an Al Qaeda base and killed some of their doctors in the process the entire world circlejerked about how evil imperialist America is for bombing a poor innocent refugee camp with doctors trying to help people

I've never understood why American medical students travel around the globe to give free medical treatment when their own country has so many suffering without medical care.
I guess they can't romanticize doing it domestically, or pad their resumes with it. Its like they endorse the American pharma price fixing racket that kills Americans because they benefit from it.
