The entire demeanor and activity plan of Trump seems to be like a lame duck, like he could exert some elbow grease but he's just sitting back and not doing much.

I postulate the reason is because he was informed coming in, and after taking office, of some serious end of the world shit and he's just sitting back waiting for it to happen (like us).
