What's the purpose of social networks?
I had Facebook before stuff like Viber, it made it easy to keep in contact with people, especially people from other countries. After Viber became popular I just dropped it.
Friends forced me to make Instagram, yet Instagram I find totally idiotic. It's people posting pictures of what are they doing and where they are. Oh look, I'm at the beach. Oh look, I'm having such a good time in the club I keep taking pictures of myself or making videos. I'm enjoying this nature so much, better show my internet friends. I'd sell my ass for 200 likes.
What's the fucking purpose of this? I mean I GET what's the purpose, but I find it utterly retarded and disgusting, how the fuck did behavior like this become so acceptable and normal?
Am I just weird, or are people today fucked up?
