But all you're saying is "not just immigration, but women too".

Not all women went into the work force, and they quickly got protections against "sexism" in pay. Meaning immigration is still the main tool of undercutting an already flooded workforce and driving down wages further.

Any way you slice it, it's too many people and not enough work. And no, I don't mean that in the sense of "high unemployment numbers", I mean that all wages are kept below where they "should" be to just represent 1970s value of work.

That means that even if you have high employment, it's all busywork that's underpaid to boot.

Well they're poorly run and don't pull in the profits they could be. I've seen people working the same dead end job for 20 years making the same mediocre pay outputting the same value. This will happen to most people if they don't look to further their education and training. Profits out profits in.

You have to pretty much run & improve the company for your uppers or you won't make it anywhere. At that point you might even ask why not start your own business.
