My plan to defeat ISIS

Hello friends! I wanted to run my plan for defeating ISIS past you guys before I present it to my dad.

Here it goes!

Both the middle east and Japan have a lot of men with no path to a good life like their parents have. But the middle east is dangerous but Japan is not! Why is that? I think we know why.

Here is my plan

>Captured ISIS members put in a house with nothing to do but watch anime
>Rig the house with hidden cameras and secret microphones
>ISIS members get more complacent and start talking because they think they're alone with other terrorist guys
>Learn secret ISIS locations and member names while they watch anime

Once we have this information:
>Load up bombers with lots and lots of manga
>Fly over bases and drop it from above like propaganda pamphlets in WWII
>Tell them we'll keep the drops going for as long as they don't blow anything up or hurt anyone
>Eventually they stop leaving camps and just stay there reading manga all day
>Camps become an attraction for other young men who would otherwise become terrorists

With all these men happy in their manga-camps, we can turn them into a bunch of NEETs like Japan!
