There is none. Their game is to move the flagposts so that they never reach them. If there were an end goal and they were to reach it, there is nothing toward which to progress, and therefore no meaning to their movement or their lives.

Most of them are too retarded to realize that Dysgenics is bad for everyone in the long run, even the lesser races that they fetishise so much will suffer for it. I can't even begin to imagine what's driving the major ideologues of the movement, either they've just become so resentful that they want to see mankind fail, or they've become so brainwashed with the idea of equality that they're willing to destroy the more successful races so that everyone is shitty together, or maybe a combination of both.
