I think it's a mixture of end games. Mass immigration into Europe benefits Muslims because they have been trying to take over, conquer and convert Europe for centuries. For Zionists, it's a way to clear out people from Greater Israel and make the world in general more sympathetic to acts of terrorism against them and their responses. Israel is at interesting turning point. Israelis in general have a high birthrate, but haredi have by far the highest. Think 2.5 versus 7 per family.
