Communism cant work because of two things:
1) ignoring personal responsibility
2) failing to realize that physical resources are limited, and there's not always enough shit for everyone

Commies like to pat themselves on the back that they are.. exploited or whatever, but in reality they are just fucking worthless. They think that people working with sickles and hammers are somehow creating value.
This is false. Wealth and value comes out of problem solving ability.

This is why one engineer can output more labor than thousand hammer and sickle workers.
This is why one CEO is payed thousand times more than one burger flipper.
Burger flippers thing their burger flipping is generating all the airplanes in this world, all the vaccines, all the internet, etc. And that they are all entitled to more. But this is false. Their jobs are simply worth very little, not even a minimum wage.

Value =/= labor. Value = problem solving ability (aka intelligence, aka technical knowledge, aka mathematical models predicting which investment will pay off, etc)

We have the same resources we had during the stone age. But we live drastically better now. And this is thanks to problem solving ability. Not labor, stone age population probably did more labor than modern population by far, and yet they didnt have the same value.

I assume you mean Marxist Communism. The endgame of which is a stateless, classless, moneyless society. This has been achieved before (Makhnovist Ukraine and Anarchist Catalonia, which were both crushed by the so-called "communist" states). In saying that, this was Anarcho-Communism, as in communism without a statist transition period. Marxist Communism wants a "dictatorship of the proletariat", which basically gets rid of the capitalist ruling class, but causes a new ruling class to emerge: The State itself. So, Communism, at least in its non-Marxist forms, can be achieved, but when you try to use the state to achieve that stateless, classless, and moneyless society, you basically have turned the State itself into the ruling class. Essentially, Capitalism without capitalists.

Anarcho-Syndicalism is a good means to achieving a communist social system.

There is no need for communism, and there never will be. Capitalism is making sure your skills are paid fairly and adequately. All the fortune 500 companies are shit like cars you already use, tvs you already use, computers you already use, facebook, google, etc.

Why capitalism will rule and communism will fail:
All pilots are happy. Engineers 6 digits starting. Medical doctors too busy and too happy to complain as well. Everyone good at what he is doing is happy.
Capitalism proves meritocratic enough for all meritous involved.
