I guess a more bloody war with a greater expanded modern day bulgaria cause i dont thibk you would give a chance for FYROM to exist . On the other hand assuming that not only serbs would lead the union it might still exist cause you guys had great straight relations with Russia and amerifats would not dare to cause a distress to a russias great ally.
