Black bears are dumb as shit. 90% of the time you can scare them off by yelling.

Any gun cuck who brings up guns as a defense against bears never met one.

Now grizzly and polars, those are different stories, but for the lower 48 bears ain't shit.

Same with trash dogs aka coyotes. I don't even waste a .22 on them a pellet will do just fine.

Do you have experience with bears, like that anon posted black/brown bears are faggots, you make a noise & they run like theyre downies crashing into everything. I have a whole family that comes and tries to open my trashcans every fuckin day & everyday I have to yell at them. Now grizzly bears are a different story & even a gun might not save your ass unless your a great shot & have good space.

I think what he meant to say is that people who blanket say guns beat bears doesn't understand that you don't have to use guns.
Now grizz/polar, yeah, fucking shoot or get safe. I used to live in Alaska and there is a massive difference between a bear that comes up to your shoulder while it is on all fours and some lower 48 bears.
