UK too stubborn to admit EU courts shall reign supreme to the UK... always and forever.

it does not matter, both EU and UK will be under sharia law soon
>>
EU stands to lose more by that than the UK does. Fuck em,.
>>
>>131982188
Insha'allah!
>>
>>131980677
It won't end, another one will start. We cooperate with non-EU countries already, it's just they don't need to submit to EU authority.

Never forget that Switzerland exists, and it's doing fine, better even than EU as a whole.
>>
>>131982348
>EU stands to lose more by that than the UK does.
Why would we care which Pajiet has got a parking ticket and which British Muhammad prays in which Sharia zone mosque?

We care about ACTUAL security threats. Never has a British muslim ever terrorized Europe - they always do their deeds in Britistan.
>>
>>131982828
Switzerland is subject to EU courts, dude. That is the whole point the EU is making. The UK would have to submit to the same procedures as Switzerland - no special treatment.
>>
>>131980677
Isn't that the court that blocks uk from deporting radical imams?

I want the EU to crumble. I wish bongs all the best but I doubt any UK government will ever deport the pakis.
>>
>>131983361
>Isn't that the court that blocks uk from deporting radical imams?
No, that is I think the European Court of Human Rights - that isn't even part of the EU, but a very separate thing. It does shit like "death penalty bad!" and "don't you dare push back illegals without proceedings, we are gonna fine you ... 5000 pounds!"
>>
>>131983361
In theory yes, in reality nothing will be done about them
>>
>>131980677
Did it even exist, even between EU members? How many attacks were carried out and countries didn't know about terrorists in their countries?
>>
>>131983479
>No deal is better than a bad deal.
There will be a deal, I have no doubt. The question is what it will cover.

The whole "no deal is better than a bad deal", is retarded. A true "no deal" scenario would also mean that businesses on the day of Brexit would not know if the goods they were ordering are dealt with under the pre-Brexit or post-Brexit tariff regimes, leading to hundreds of thousands of lawsuits.

What Brits mean with "no deal" is "no trade deal", which is a completely separate thing from Brexit. Any post-Brexit trade deal isn't even discussed this year.

>>
>>131983325
It's not. Switzerland NEVER signed any long term agreement on borders, foreign policies or security cooperation. They act on a case by case basis.

It's not subject to EU courts, at all, it just goes with largely similar individual agreements as the rest of EU countries, but all can be renegociated if EU law changes.

>Did it even exist, even between EU members?
It exists, but not in the manner you think it exists. It means that if say Portugal asks for intel on a British lad who raped a 5yr old in Lisbon, they will provide that information. And if Britain asks Germany on some info about German citizen Muhammad Al-Islam Al-Germania who resides in Oxfordshire studying Islamic law and Cultural Political Islam, Germany will send them all the info they have.

>I remember Germany or Belgium had all the intel on the Bataclan attackers for a year, but France never got info.
That is because France never asked for the info. I said above, there is no automatic sharing, you need to ask for information - often also requiring a warrant.
>>
>>131984069
That's a bunch of different cases, whose exact terms were renegociated several times, and they hold EU by the balls because it's a guillotine clause, aka "everything or nothing".
>>
>>131980677
Brexit passed primarily because the (((EU))) couldn't keep Britain secure. In fact they actually demanded that Britain take in virtually unlimited amounts of shitskin filth, many of whom have already allah ackbarred, killing innocent White British citizens.

>>
>>131984340
Yeah, seems like every European countries has hundreds to thousands of suspected terrorist under surveillance. Every time they say they had no info about an attack.
>>
>>131983263
So you let them in so they can go attack Britain and you guys wonder why they want to leave the EU
>>
>>131984152
>and they hold EU by the balls because it's a guillotine clause, aka "everything or nothing".

Are you baiting or something? The guillotine clause is what the EU has been insisting on for decades. That is why the Swiss government ignored a perfectly valid referendum on free movement from the EU and did not stop EU migration to Switzerland despite a majority wanting it to stop.

>>131984340
Yes, unfortunately EU member states never agreed on automatic sharing of critical information. This is e.g. the reason Italy didn't tell us anything about Anis Amri, the Tunisian ISIS man who attacked Berlin with a Peace Truck, despite them having a ton of information on him... after all he was released from prison there and told to move North to Germany.
>>
>>131984632
>So you let them in so they can go attack Britain
Greece let in the terrorists, not we.
>>
>>131984644
>The guillotine clause is what the EU has been insisting on for decades
And EU is dependent on Switzerland because it's such a big economical partner. That clause backfired a long time ago.
>>
>>131984719
Merkel invited them a couple of years after pushing for Greece's eviction from the EU
Greece is not to blame here.
>>
>>131980677
The EU does not have any rights to discuss security matters anyway
>>
>>131984730
>And EU is dependent on Switzerland because it's such a big economical partner.

Are you drunk or something? Dude, Switzerland has argued for 20yrs to untie the EU agreements from each other. The EU is resisting. The EU has basically said "njet" to every single proposal of Switzerland to restrict freedom of movement... and Switzerland yielded.

Switzerland is less important than the UK by far for the EU - and still the EU treats the UK no better than Switzerland.

Greece is to blame. The threatened to send jihadists... and then they actually did. Guess who opened the floodgates? No, it wasn't Germany, it was the Greek commie government.

>>

Our parliament betrayed us the first time we voted and that's why we're going to vote again and make sure the only options are either strict application or cancelling EU agreements altogether.

Better start looking another place to export your unemployment!
>>
>>131985404
>Oh and we're voting to leave Schengen and cancel all bilateral agreements in a year or so. :^)
You already voted for that in 2014... and your gov overturned it.

>>

Are those the warnings we got AFTER the attack in Berlin? Yes, very helpful indeed.
>>
>>131984644
>This is e.g. the reason Italy didn't tell us anything about Anis Amri,
That is bull. According to the police the Italians shared the info about his radicalization and about the Ital-Maroccan.
You got the warning about Amri from Morocco too
>>
>>131985793
And we're voting again making sure the only way it can be overturned is by canceling every single agreement with EU. That's the EU way after all, forcing people to vote until they obtain what they want, you should be proud of us following your steps!
>>
>>131985770
>that's why we're going to vote again

You didn't even try to deport him. You had him in prison for years... then just let him walk free. A true example of how people get killed around here... we should close our borders to anyone who ever touched Italian soil.

You got the warnings about Amri and the Italian police share the data.

>>131985976
>You didn't even try to deport him.
Bullshit again. Italy tried to deport him but Tunisia refused to take him back for lack of documents.

>A true example of how people get killed around here.
Absurd. Your secret services ignored the intel from Morocco TWICE, and apparently that is someone else fault?

>we should close our borders to anyone who ever touched Italian soil.
Sure, as if the issue here is Italy and not North Europe who has become jihad-central over the years, way before these people started landing in Italy.
And you couldn't close your borders even if you wanted to. The proof being that Amri escaped from your state after the red alert.

Go fuck yourself, kraut, and don't try to pin these kind of crap on our police.

You're all filth who haven't done a damn thing as your owners whip and lash your humanity down deeper and deeper into the cesspool that is your submission.

Always count on the EU to make stupid decisions and put political union over the health and function of its members. If it can wound an enemy of political union even if it wounds it self more in the process, it will do it.

The Euro is the prime example, if it didn't insist on fiscal centralisation it and the piigs would have healthier finances right now.

This from the EU who said that security cooperation would be excluded from negotiations for the benefit of all (because they know we give more than we take there too).

Still, watch our incompetent gov bend the knee anyway.
