Trump is being influenced by neoconservatives on his advisory board and possibly by international influences.

Trump looks good in some moments(Exiting Paris climate accord, rejecting TPP) and then completely flips on his campaign promises in other moments(Bombing Syria despite no evidence that Assad gassed his own people(and even if he did it's not our problem), saying Iran is the "biggest state sponsor of terror" which is a lie, that's Saudi Arabia, not exiting NATO).

Trump is very easily manipulated by the people around him and some of the people around him are good and some are not. He has no real principles when it comes to foreign policy and that's a problem.

He get's a 3/10 from me, he's gotten us out of some god-awful climate deals that would've given more power to the EU sure but he's way leaning way too hawkish for my taste. If he keeps up this talk of "rebuilding the military"(even though we have the biggest military of almost all other countries put together) and how we need to combat terror overseas and aggression in the Middle East then we might end up spending even more money than we would have on the climate deals.
